Most items on Equip-Bid are sold as-is, where-is. Here's what that means if something isn't right.
Some sellers accept returns or claims for certain problems. Others don't. The auction terms say which, along with how fast you need to report an issue.
Check your items before you leave pickup
Check your items at pickup, before you load them.
Compare them to the listing: the description, photos and condition label.
Message the seller right away from Messages or your invoice. Include photos.
Follow the seller's claim steps in the auction terms.
Don't wait several days. Sellers may set short deadlines for reporting problems.
When to contact us
Sellers are independent businesses, so they handle returns and claims. If you can't reach the seller, email support@equip-bid.com, and we'll help you connect.
Avoid problems before you bid
Read the condition label and description, look at every photo and use inspection times. It's the best protection you have. See Item conditions explained.
