Proof of tax exemption must be provided before paying for and picking up your items.
If the seller is an independent affiliate of Equip-Bid, you must provide them with the proper paperwork. Contact the seller ASAP to confirm what is needed. If the seller is Equip-Bid (our own sales team), contact support@equip-bid.com.
Please bring your appropriate state tax-exempt resale certificate with you when picking up your items.
As every auction is a unique event, you may need to provide your sales tax exemption certificate for each auction.
At this time, we do not set bidder accounts to tax-exempt, so again, each sale would need the tax removed. Contact us at support@equip-bid.com with any questions.
