AUCTION TERMS
These terms cover this auction. They are in addition to the Equip-Bid Terms and Conditions, which apply to every auction and which you agree to when you place your first bid.
PAYMENT
Your card on file is charged automatically when the auction closes, up to the limit Equip-Bid sets. You can also pay by wire transfer to Equip-Bid, which works for any amount.
This seller also accepts cash or cashier's check onsite at pickup.
PICKUP AND REMOVAL
All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup window. Bring your own labor and equipment to load. Items not removed by the final removal time may be treated as abandoned and forfeited without a refund.
Pickup dates, times, and location for this auction are listed on the Pickup Info and Inspection Info tabs.
RETURNS
All items are sold as is, where is. All sales are final. No returns or refunds.
