You came out on top. Here are the steps between winning and getting your deal home.
Your next steps
- Check your invoice. Find it under Invoices on your dashboard. We also email you, so check your spam folder if you don't see it.
- Let payment happen. Your card on file is charged for invoices up to $2,000. For larger invoices, pay by wire transfer or another method the auction terms allow.
- Check your pickup details. Find the address, dates and directions in My Appointments.
- Plan your trip. Bring the right vehicle, supplies and help for what you won.
- Pick up on time. Show your checkout code from the top of your invoice and photo ID.
- Look over your items before you leave.
Think you won but don't see an invoice?
Check My Items, then Won / Closed. Still nothing? Check your watchlist to be sure you were not outbid.
Can't make the pickup dates?
Never assume late pickup is possible. Message the seller right away from your appointment or invoice. See Pickup and shipping.
